The Lady Hawks program at COSSA Park has been around for many years and is intended to provide an environment for women shooters of all levels and experiences who want to learn new skills and improve old ones while having a safe and fun day at the range.  Lady Hawks is open to all women at least 18 years old*  who are, or want to be, safe, responsible, and effective pistol shooters. 

You are encouraged to bring your own pistol, magazines and ammunition. We recommend you bring a holder and magazine holders for your pistol. Lady Hawks has a limited number of loaner handguns for use by participants.

Lady Hawks meets every month on the 4th Saturday from 9 am – 1 pm. $25 per person, which include .22 LR ammo provided by Lady Hawks. Depending on availability, 9 mm ammo may be available for purchase.

What to bring:

• Wear closed toed shoes
• Wear pants with belt loops
• Eye protection
• Hearing protection
• Hat with a brim
• Your pistol: including ammo and magazines
• Holster for your pistol
• Snacks and water – there is no water on site
• Dress in layers as the temperature can change dramatically throughout the day

This class does not meet the requirements to obtain a certificate for applying for Oregon CHL.
